Columbus Jagiello
European nomads of deserted oceans
sailors of fortune
guided by wandering stars
always running
always feeding on wind and sudden rains it brings
braving human fate in New Earth
slowly
with each wave emerging as scripted
between mounds of ocean building into mountainous ranges
of suffocating fear
they lived
while walking all depths of loneliness in search of a home
sweet oasis
promised and fresh
they read all about in ancient books
and only desired its women and Gods to greed them
let them rest for a day
blessed with a new destiny
blessed by all skies in between continents
sail back stronger than ever
resurrected
to fight another day
in the Old Earth
