Power companies prepare as solar storms set to hit Earth

NEW YORK (Reuters) – Three large explosions from the Sun over the past few days have prompted U.S. government scientists to caution users of satellite, telecommunications and electric equipment to prepare for possible disruptions over the next few days.
“The magnetic storm that is soon to develop probably will be in the moderate to strong level,” said Joseph Kunches, a space weather scientist at the Space Weather Prediction Center, a division of the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
He said solar storms this week could affect communications and global positioning system (GPS) satellites and might even produce an aurora visible as far south as Minnesota and Wisconsin.
An aurora, called aurora borealis or the northern lights in northern latitudes, is a natural light display in the sky in the Arctic and Antarctic regions caused by the collision of energetic charged particles with atoms in the high altitude atmosphere.
Major disruptions from solar activity are rare but have had serious impacts in the past.
In 1989, a solar storm took down the power grid in Quebec, Canada, leaving about six million people without power for several hours.
The largest solar storm ever recorded was in 1859 when communications infrastructure was limited to telegraphs.
The 1859 solar storm hit telegraph offices around the world and caused a giant aurora visible as far south as the Caribbean Islands.
Some telegraph operators reported electric shocks. Papers caught fire. And many telegraph systems continued to send and receive signals even after operators disconnected batteries, NOAA said on its website.
A storm of similar magnitude today could cause up to $2 trillion in damage globally, according to a 2008 report by the National Research Council.
“I don’t think this week’s solar storms will be anywhere near that. This will be a two or three out of five on the NOAA Space Weather Scale,” said Kunches.
SOLAR SCALE
The NOAA Space Weather Scale measures the intensity of a solar storm from one being the lowest intensity to five being the highest, similar to scales that measure the severity of hurricanes, tornadoes and earthquakes.
The first of the three solar explosions from the sun this week already passed the Earth on Thursday with little impact, Kunches said, noting, the second was passing the Earth now and “seems to be stronger.”
And the third, he said, “We’ll have to see what happens over the next few days. It could exacerbate the disturbance in the Earth’s magnetic field caused by the second (storm) or do nothing at all.”
Power grid managers receive alerts from the Space Weather Prediction Center to tell them to prepare for solar events, which peak about every 12 years, Tom Bogdan, director of the center said.
He said the next peak, called a solar maximum, was expected in 2013.
“We’re coming up to the next solar maximum, so we expect to see more of these storms coming from the sun over the next three to five years,” Bogdan said.

Jaime Roldós Aguilera (1940–1981) was President of Ecuador from 10 August 1979 to 24 May 1981. In his short presidency, he became known for his insistence on human rights. His death in a plane crash has given rise to accusations he was surreptitiously assassinated by the United States government. The Ecuadorian Roldosist Party is named after him.
Jaime Roldós Aguilera became President of Ecuador on August 10, 1979.He was a popular president in his own country but not popular with the USA.He wanted more of Ecuadorʼs resources to benefit the poor. In particular he wanted a more favorable deal from Texaco who were involved with oil extraction in the Ecuadorian jungle. In November 1980 Reagan took over from Carter and he was very aligned with US business interests. In early 1980 the Roldós hydrocarbon law went before parliament. A few weeks later he made an impassioned speech in which he said that all foreign interests must also workfor the benefit of the people of Ecuador or they would have to leave the country.He died in a mysterious aircraft crash on May 24, 1981. The only crash in Ecuador recorded in the accident records on that date was a midair collision between a Beech King Air (FAE723) and a Twin Otter (FAE457) in which 27 people died. The government announcement of his crash described the aircraft as an Avro 748 that ran into a mountain in heavy rain. Eyewitnesses describehis aircraft falling from the sky. His death is also considered suspicious due to the death of the popular leader of Panama in a plane crash a few months later. In any case, John Perkins, the American author of ʻConfessions of an Economic Hit Manʼ, tells us that Roldóʼs aircraft was deliberately blown up.
Early life and career
Roldós was born in Guayaquil on November 5, 1940. He attended high school at the Vicente Rocafuerte National School. He studied jurisprudence and social science at the University of Guayaquil. He excelled in school and won many awards.
At the age of 37, he ran for president on a populist platform. In the first round, he received the greatest number of votes, but not the 50% plus one needed to avoid a runoff.[1] He won the second round of elections against Sixto Durán Ballén, and became president on August 10, 1979.
Presidency
On October 11, 1979, Roldós signed a decree reducing the workweek to 40 hours. On November 1, 1979, he issued another decree doubling the minimum wage, to 4,000 sucres per month. ($160 in 1979 US dollars). On March 8, 1980, he established the National Development Plan. On April 15, 1980 he established a committee of leaders to find a solution for the battle for power with the National Congress, presided over by his former mentor Assad Bucaram.
He named 1981 the “year of advances”. In late January and early February 1981, there was a military confrontation with Peru, in the Cordillera del Cóndor. Clashes occurred in the regions of Paquisha, Mayaycu, and Machinaza. With skill and diplomacy in the midst of this crisis, he left the territorial dispute to the Organization of American States. (Later, in 1988, a definitive peace agreement was established with Peru.)
Roldós’s most important accomplishment was his policy in support of human rights, in an era in which most Latin American countries were military dictatorships. In September 1980, Roldós met with the democratically elected presidents in the Andean region (Venezuela, Colombia, and Peru), and proposed the signing of a Charter of Conduct, in which the principles of universal justice and human rights were established, signaling the protection of human rights was more important than the principle of non-intervention.
This policy was questioned by American conservatives, who considered it an excuse to justifySoviet meddling in the region, especially in Central America. They condemned the “Roldós doctrine”, as they did that of Panamanian Omar Torrijos, who also died in a plane crash severalmonths later. As a result of the election of Ronald Reagan as president of the United States on November 4, 1980, these conservatives had the opportunity to make this opposition clear, leading to international tensions. In January 1981, Roldós declined an invitation to Reagan’s inauguration because of their differences on the subject of human rights. He also tightened links with the Sandinista government of Nicaragua and the Frente Democrático in El Salvador, which opposed the military regime in that country.(reason for killing him)
Death
Roldós governed Ecuador for less than two years before being killed in an unexplained plane crash. On May 24, 1981, a plane carrying Roldós crashed into Huairapungo Mountain, in Celica Canton of Loja Province. All the other passengers in the plane died as well: Roldós’s wife Martha Bucaram, Minister of Defense Marco Subía Martínez and his wife, as well as two military officers and three other passengers.
The controversy about the cause of the crash began immediately, when the Accident Investigation Committee (Junta Investigadora de Accidentes, JIA) of the Ecuadorian Air Force attributed the crash to pilot error, supposedly caused by an overloading with cargo. The parliamentary commission formed months after, after pressure from the families of the victims and political groups allied with the president, found contradictions and inconsistencies in the JIA report, but could not reach definitive conclusions. The Zurich Police, who also conducted an investigation, concluded that the plane’s motors were shut down when the plane crashed into the mountain. This expert opinion, which contradicted the Air Force Report, was not investigated further by the Ecuadorian government.
The American author and activist John Perkins, in his book Confessions of an Economic Hit Man, concludes that Roldós was assassinated, allegedly by a bomb located in a tape recorder, because his plan to reorganize the hydrocarbon sector would have threatened U.S. interests. Roldós had entered into a pact with neighboring Colombia and Peru, a pact which US President Reagan saw as a tilt toward the Soviet Union. Just months after Roldós died, another Latin American leader who had been
at odds with U.S. interests in the control of the Panama Canal,
Panama’s Omar Torrijos, died in what was allegedly just a plane crash, which also is widely perceived to have been a CIA-conducted assassination, again according to John Perkins.
Legacy
After Roldós’s death, the National Congress named Roldós’s brother, León Roldós, as Vice President of Ecuador for the remainder of what would have been Jaime Roldós’s term. León Roldós was later a candidate for president en 1992, 2002, and 2006. Jaime Roldós’s daughter, Martha Roldós Bucaram, was a presidential candidate in the 2009 elections. Jaime Roldós’s son, Santiago Roldós Bucaram, is a journalist and playwright. Jaime Roldós’s brother-in-law, Abdalá Bucaram, founded the populist Ecuadorian Roldosist Party and was elected president of Ecuador. He governed from August 1996 to February 1997, when he was removed by the National Congress on the grounds of “mental incapacity”. Martha Roldós has said that the Ecuadorian Roldosist Party has corrupted her father’s ideals.[2]
Jaime Roldós’s most important legacy was his support for human rights. The Roldós Doctrine holds that the international community’s concern for a country’s internal human rights situation is not a violation of the country’s sovereignty.

When all the media are conditioned and MADE to use the same wording it is a sign that there is a cover up and whatever the headlines scream is probably not true. Suicide of a politician who was thinking of coming back.
(YBH) – First it was Big George Webley who relayed a fear of the Murdoch machine and wound up dead. Now it’s Sean Hoare. Two British media whistleblowers. Two untimely deaths.
Let’s assume that neither was killed by Rupert Murdoch (toxicology reports haven’t been made available; foul play isn’t suspected by British authorities in either case), but something happened that put the fear of God into both men. Neither was known as a lunatic before their demise, both simply told the truth to British authorities about what they knew of Mr. Murdoch’s enterprises and died afterward at a relatively young age.
Mr. Hoare’s role in the evolving scandal is obvious: he worked at News of the World and broke the scandal wide open by charging his former editor, and then Prime Minister David Cameron’s Communications Director Andy Coulson, with lying about his role in NOTW’s phone hacking. Big George, for his part, allegedly revealed in private testimony to British authorities the fact that the Sky TV show he worked on in the early 90′s ,”Jameson Tonight”, had routinely bugged the dressing rooms of guests looking for scoops. Mr Webley’s charge was relevant because News Corp.’s initial defense was that the hacking at NOTW was the work of a rogue reporter. Big George’s charge threw cold water on that defense by helping to establish a pattern of subterfuge over many years at Murdoch-owned enterprises.
At first, Big George’s April 29th frantic phone call to me (eight days before his death at age 53, details here) didn’t make much sense. Now that the scandal has broken wide open a few things are much clearer:
The hacking/bugging taking place at News Corp. businesses was far more widespread than previously known.
Based on their dismissals from News Corp. it is shown that the hacking went far up the food chain all the way to Les Hinton, who resigned as head of Dow Jones last week.
The police were involved, as evidenced by the resignation of two of Scotland Yard’s top cops.
Prime Minister David Cameron’s Communication Director was a former Murdoch employee and News of the World editor.
The United Kingdom is the closest western country to a de facto police state. Surveillance cameras are everywhere. No Bill of Rights (in law or practice), and by living there you acknowledge that you are a subject of the British Crown. Britain is a great place, but it is not exactly a place where freedom flourishes compared with the United States, France or Canada.
Given the above, it is very easy to envision a scenario where the police could and would build a campaign of quiet intimidation against men like Mr. Webley and Mr. Hoare. London police were on the payroll of a Murdoch enterprise; why wouldn’t they act to protect their racket?
The Murdoch empire is fighting for its life, but let’s not forget both Sean Hoare and Big George Webley, two men that it would seem either directly or indirectly are collateral damage in the whole affair. Someone needs to speak for them.
April 2003. Lake Washington Boulevard. Seattle. In a featherweight afternoon rain.
Trees shroud the house on the hill. The greenhouse-garage is gone, razed and trucked away. There is no hint of what happened here.
At the Sunset Tavern in the Ballard District, Five sits on his Marshall amplifier. “I live out that way so I drive by there a couple of times a week,” Five says. “It still feels strange.”
It was April 1994, in the greenhouse above the garage, late at night, that Kurt Cobain died. Of a self-inflicted shotgun wound, the medical examiner said. Fans gathered under the Wishkah River Bridge where Cobain was said to have slept in his less affluent days. They lighted candles, held each other, wept, and mourned the loss of the pioneering grunge rocker. He was twenty-seven.
Five was a senior in high school in 1994. His name was Stephen or “Steve” then, and he had been making music for fourteen of his eighteen years. When he was not writing or performing his tunes, he was listening. Clapton. Dylan. Coltrane. Zappa. Patti Smith. Buddy Guy. Jimi — Seattle musician Jimi Hendrix, another tragedy, another twenty-seven year old — Pearl Jam, Sound Garden, Nirvana.
Playing a gig that spring, Five covered “Smells Like Teen Spirit,” the Cobain song that exploded on the music scene and redefined rock for the decade. Weeks later, the author of his generation’s anthem was dead.
Cobain’s handwriting changes from the body of his suicide note to the last paragraph. He was shooting up. Motor coordination goes into the toilet. He had recently overdosed while in Europe, hadn’t he? Probably bipolar. Chronic stomach pain. Heroin abuse. The express train to fame. The poor guy could not handle the life. Case closed.
Or was it?
Five plugs in, tunes his Fender guitar. He hits the opening notes of “Morning ‘Trane,” his paean to John Coltrane, the American Northwest, and a fast train east should the need arise.
“I went looking for the Gypsies
but the Gypsies were gone.
They’d slipped away
inside the dawn.”
“It’s a different scene here now,” Five says.
I was between books, visiting Seattle for the first time, eating salmon twice a day, prowling the Experience Music Project, listening to the buskers at Pike Place Market.
With the exception of the final paragraph, Cobain’s last scribblings in red ink found near his body did not sound like a suicide note. Perhaps he thought he would quit the music business, leave Seattle, divorce his wife … but kill himself?
In the months following Cobain’s death, positions were staked out, accusations flew, and websites proliferated in what became a political pissing match that obscured Kurt Cobain’s contributions to American rock music. In 1994, I was on the fence, aware only of the controversy. In April 2003, I had the time to forensically examine the case, and to achieve a personal closure.
Rome. The Excelsior Hotel. March 6, 1994. Cobain was found unconscious on his hotel-room floor, blood trickling from his nose. The offending drug was Rohypnol, a fifty-pill overdose that left the rocker comatose. When he awakened twenty hours later, he denied that he had attempted suicide and said he had no memory of what happened. His wife had a prescription for the drug. Cobain ingested them — to die or get high? Pundits would later interpret the Rome incident as a behavioral precursor to suicide. Fair enough. The possibility remains, however, that this was a dress rehearsal for homicide.
On March 18, Seattle Police responded to a call from Cobain’s home. He had a gun, had locked himself in a room, and he was threatening suicide, the caller said. Cobain denied he was suicidal, telling police he had locked himself away from his wife. Recognizing the scene as “volatile,” police siezed weapons and some pills. Was this another warning? The police report includes the following: “After further interviewing [name blacked out] stated that she did not see him with a gun, and he did not say he was going to kill himself.”
Additional evidence? Two of Cobain’s uncles committed suicide; both used firearms. In 1993, Cobain had been booked by Seattle police for domestic assault. Clearly there was turbulence in the home, and police confiscated weapons. In July 1993, what was described as a “heroin overdose” in New York. Enough? The guy shot up and blew himself down, right?
Wrong.
However persuasive it may be, peripheral anecdotal information is not the place to start an examination of an act of violence. For that we must adjourn to the room above the garage on Lake Washington Boulevard.
It was a steady, soaking rain on the morning of April 8, 1994 when police entered the greenhouse at 171 Lake Washington Boulevard East. The first officers on the scene called in a suicide (gun in place, note present) and requested a homicide team for investigative purposes. Officer Von Levandowski had previously been to the residence, was familiar with Kurt Cobain, and was also aware that a family member had reported Cobain AWOL from drug treatment. “The families [sic] fear was that the victim was suicidal and he had recently bought a shotgun.” Identifying information is blacked out on the report of the call, but the narrative clearly suggests that Cobain bought the shotgun after fleeing rehab.
Cobain’s friend Dylan Carlson purchased the twenty-gauge Remington shotgun March 30, before Cobain entered treatment. Cobain wanted the gun to protect his home against intruders, he said, and specifically requested light loads that would not blast through walls and threaten others in the house. He gave Carlson the cash for the purchase because he did not want the weapon confiscated as his others had been. Carlson reported that Cobain took the gun to his residence.
Cobain’s Volvo squatted on foor flat tires in the garage below the greenhouse. No one acknowledged deflating the tires to curb Cobain’s wandering. Is this evidence of the intruders that concerned him?
Police found the receipt for the gun in Cobain’s jacket pocket. Levandowski’s report places the shotgun’s butt near Cobain’s feet, the barrel at mid-chest. A cigar box adjacent to the body contained syringes, a blackened spoon, and a black-tar substance (heroin). The note was to Cobain’s left.
In early April 1994, it was reasonable that public and private expectation for Kurt Cobain include that he might commit suicide. When officers walked into the room above the garage, the scene screamed suicide. And therein lies the rub: it is a well-scripted play with superior set design — so well-written, and so flawlessly staged that it defies reality.
There were no usable fingerprints on any of the key items in the greenhouse, including the shotgun. The gun’s recoil might blur a user’s prints, but someone had to remove the gun from its nylon case and handle the weapon prior to its use.
Carlson and Cobain purchased the gun on March 30. Cobain placed it in his residence, then left for Los Angeles on his aborted rehab trip. Did he wear the same jacket from March 30 through April 4-5? Why carry the receipt? Carlson also said Cobain had the shotgun shells with him on his way to Sea-Tac Airport and gave them to a cab driver to avoid airport difficulties. The receipt for the gun does not include mention of any shells, not is there a separate receipt for shells from March 30 or any time after his return to Seattle.
Toxicology reports revealed traces of Diazepam (Valium), and a morphine level of 1.52 mg/liter. Pharmacology experts agree this is a massive dose of heroin (some refer to it as three times a lethal dose), one that would render the user at least severely impaired, if not unconscious, rather quickly. The combination of Diazepam and heroin, of course, enhances the potential for a lethal event. While it remains possible that Cobain injected the drug, returned the syringe to the cigar box, placed the shotgun in position and fired it, this sequence seems unlikely.
Officer Levandowski noted in his initial observations that the gun was upside-down, extending from Cobain’s mid-chest area where his left hand gripped the barrel, to his feet. In this position, the single spent shell should have ejected to the right. The shell was found on Cobain’s jacket, to his left. The combination of body movement and gun recoil following the shot would be sufficient for the gun to slip away from the mouth and six inches lower on the chest. With the left hand still gripping the weapon (as it was when police observed the body), it would not flip totally upside- down.
Further, if Cobain had gripped the barrel of the gun and placed it in his mouth, then reached with his right hand to press the trigger, his behavior would have been counter- reflexive. Kurt Cobain was left-handed.
There is evidence suggesting that Cobain was in the greenhouse for an extended period of time. The note and pen were both present, indicating that the note was most likely written there. There are several cigarette butts, a pack of cigarettes, a lighter, and a partial can of root beer on the floor near the body. Did he go to the greenhouse so he would not be disturbed, so he could write of leaving Seattle, leaving Nirvana, and perhaps leaving his wife?
There were two fresh needle punctures on his body, one near each elbow. Did he shoot up once, and sit there on the floor at work on his departure note until someone arrived — someone he knew, someone he would turn on with, a person sufficiently familiar with Cobain to know where to find the Remington shotgun?
At the Sunset Tavern, Five greets Paul Johnson and Andrew Vavrek, other members of The Bond, one of the better groups in “the new Seattle sound” that has scribes of the music scene believing in a sonic resurrection for the city.
I ask Five if, nearly ten years later, it makes any difference whether Cobain committed suicide or was murdered. “His was a unique and beautiful muse,” he says. “He was an open channel. It’s one thing if he opted to leave because the demands were so great, so intense that he just couldn’t deal with it. It’s totally different if someone decided to remove him.”
Los Angeles filmmakers were in Kurt Cobain’s home town of Aberdeen, Washington November 16, 2005, shooting a documentary on his life narrated by Cobain himself using taped interviews with Michael Azerrad, author of “Come As You Are.” Director A. J. Schnack, 37, learned a couple of years ago that Azerrad had 25 hours of interviews with Kurt that he wanted to do something with. The film focuses heavily on his hometown of Aberdeen but the footage will be of how the town is now, not when Cobain lived there. Schnack wants this file to show the icon as he really was — a human being. He will accomplish this through the words of Cobain himself, no interviews with friends or experts. The film starts with Cobain’s life in Aberdeen, Nirvana’s beginnings in Olympia, Seattle and then onto international fame. According to Shirley Moyers, the film’s producer, and Schnack’s wife, the film budgeted at $1 million, and will be sent to film festivals next fall.
Money tends to drive politics. Polish President Lech Kaczinski’s government was not playing ball with the European Union. Poland has been procrastinating (as far as the EU is concerned, anyway) with its transfer from its national zloty currency to the euro.
Closer to the target–as far as money is concerned: President Lech Kaczinski was staunchly anti-Russian politically, and was going to deny Russia what would have been (and now is going to be thanks to the Prime Minister Donald Tusk) the biggest business deal in Polish history: a $100 billion dollar gas deal with Russia’s nationalized company Gazprom (source). This deal is now about to go down in spite of Kaczynski. The following is a paragraph from the above source:
“The contract to buy gas from Gazprom until 2037 will make Poland 100% dependent on Russian gas for the next 28 years in spite of the announcement of the discovery of huge gas reserves in Poland in April just before the memorial service in Katyn, Smolensk.”
As luck would have it, a few internet searches can sometimes turn up interesting things. One of the things that jumped out to me personally was atimesonline.co.uk article from April 5th (five days before the crash), which claims that the gas reserves under Poland would have made her “self-sufficient for the foreseeable future.” Kaczynski was for exploiting these reserves, and axing the deal with Gazprom and the Russians. From the Times Online article:
“American technology to produce shale gas is unleashing a scramble for drilling rights in Poland, where experts believevast reserves of unconventional gas exist that could help to weaken Russia’s grip on Europe’s energy supplies.”
So, to recap: five days before the entire top echelon of Poland’s government dies in a suspicious plane crash, the world finds out that Poland has vast deposits of previously unreachable gas shale, which would have made importing 70 percent of its gas from Russia obsolete and Poland itself economically self-sustaining. Then we find out that Kaczynski was about to deny the biggest business deal in Polish history to the national gas company of Russia. Are we starting to see a motive here?
I believe Kaczynski saw not only Poland’s independence from the European Union (and the euro itself)–and not only freedom from dependence on Russian gas–in these reserves of natural gas, but personal fortune and power. Upstart nations who wish for financial independence and their leaders have always been targets of the international zionist/Jewish banksters, as Germany discovered in 1933.
To make matters worse for Russia, a Polish MP has claimed that the Russian government orchestrated the plane crash. Not only that, but Polish Catholic Bishop Mieczyslaw Cieslar was killed in what is being called a car accident on his way home from Kaczynski’s funeral. Did he miss the flight to Katyn or something?
People all over the world are suspicious of the crash, and of the gunshots at the crash site recorded by Mendierej. Not to mention the apparent shooting of one of the passengers, or the fact that there does not appear to be any bodies of victims (besides the two apparently live victims, one of whom being the one who appears to get shot) in Mendierej’s video footage from moments after the crash..
There is something extremely rotten in Smolensk, Russia. As news unfolds, I will update this site accordingly. I am particularly interested in knowing if the story of Andrij Mendierej’s murder is just a rumor, or actually happened. The motive for killing him is there: if he witnessed or recorded people being shot (as it certainly appears he did), those shooters may just fear him testifying against them-in court or in the press. If it is just a rumor, I’m interested in the source of the rumor: was it just a sick joke by a spiteful person, or was the information covered up? Or was a rumor spread to make the investigation into the “accident” look silly? That would make sense if it is a rumor, given that everyone it seems in the alternative press (including me) jumped on it right away. I saw the source was a Polish website, but did not realize it was a comment by a user, as opposed to a story by the main site, and i believe many others made the same assumption originally. More has been unfolding every day, so we’ll just have to wait this one out a little.
The fact that there are no mainstream news sources on this story may tell others it is just a rumor, but I feel the need to point out that there is no mainstream coverage of Mendierej’s video at all. It very well may be a rumor, but I’ll reserve judgment until all the cards are in. I’d personally like to see another video from him. That should satisfy everyone on whether he’s still alive or not.
I personally couldn’t be more suspicious of the official story of this supposed accident. I also wish to point out that we still most likely do not know all there is to be known about this. The truth has a tendency of outing itself however, sometimes with the help of a few good bloggers.
A just-released transcript of a meeting between Henry Kissinger and a Turkish Foreign Minister 35 years ago provides a bombshell quote that will go a long way toward solidifying the former Secretary of State’s reputation as one of the most Machiavellian insiders of American politics and diplomacy in the 20th century.
During a secret meeting on March 10, 1975 in the Turkish Capital of Ankara with Mehli Esenbel, Turkey’s Foreign Minister, Kissinger, then Secretary of State and Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs, told Esenbel:
Before the Freedom of Information Act, I used to say at meetings, “The illegal we do immediately; the unconstitutional takes a little longer.” [laughter] But since the Freedom of Information Act, I’m afraid to say things like that.
Ironically, it was a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request that finally pried loose the transcripts of the meeting, albeit three and a half decades later. The transcripts were posted November 5 on the website of the National Security Archive, a research institute and library located at the George Washington University.
The Turkey-Cyprus Context
Henry Kissinger’s statement occurs during the tense period in which Congress had embargoed aid to Turkey. Kissinger is telling Esenbel that he and President Ford disagree with the congressional action and will continue trying to change minds in the House and Senate, but notes that a congressional reversal in the near future doesn’t look very hopeful. Foreign Minister Esenbel suggests that Kissinger might circumvent the embargo by helping arrange for European governments to transfer U.S. military equipment to Turkey. United States Ambassador to Turkey William Macomber, who was also at the meeting, cautions that such interference would be illegal, which sparks the scofflaw quote from Kissinger. Here is the immediate context of the quote:
Esenbel: The Europeans should find ways to meet quick needs; for example, the Air Force needs spare parts. For other items that they can’t find in the stocks, maybe you could make a deal with the Dutch or others to send it here.
Macomber: That is illegal
Kissinger: Before the Freedom of Information Act, I used to say at meetings, “The illegal we do immediately; the unconstitutional takes a little longer.” [laughter] But since the Freedom of Information Act, I’m afraid to say things like that.
Contempt for the Rule of Law
Kissinger’s quote is a mocking paraphrase of the World War II motto of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers: “The difficult we do immediately. The impossible takes a little longer.” In Kissinger’s case, his expressed contempt for the legal restraints of the Constitution merely provides verbal confirmation for what was already plain from his actions. Reviled no less by liberal Democrats than conservative Republicans for his arrogance and deceit, Kissinger is especially detested by the Right for his policy decisions and secretive negotiations that have betrayed America’s allies and harmed America’s national interests. Perhaps foremost among the betrayals remembered by America’s veterans and patriots of the Vietnam War era is Secretary Kissinger’s sellout of Southeast Asia to the communists and his betrayal of hundreds of live American POWs whom he left behind. He not only repeatedly lied to the public about the abandonment of our POW/MIAs, but also later deliberately lied under oath when testifying about the matter before a congressional committee.
Then there is the matter of the State Department documents revealed in 2006 showing that Kissinger had orchestrated a major coverup to suppress information that Yassir Arafat, terrorist chief of the PLO, was the real mastermind of the Black September kidnapping, brutal torture, and murder of U.S. Ambassador Cleo Noel and his Charge d’Affaires George Moore. Herr Kissinger, more than anyone else, helped promote the massive lie of Arafat as the “Man of Peace,” propelling Arafat to Nobel Laureate status and guaranteeing him hundreds of millions of dollars in foreign aid for the PLO’s coffers.
That’s barely a start on the Kissinger record, which has been covered in considerable detail in the pages of The New American (and its predecessors, The Review of the News and American Opinion) over the past four decades. Meanwhile, TIME, Newsweek, the New York Times, CNN, ABC, CBS, et al. have obscured his sins and presented him to the American people as a godsend, the indispensable world crisis solver. Library shelves full of books have been written about the exalted “Dr. K,” but, unfortunately, few of them dig deep, and most are little more than puff pieces extolling his supposed brilliance and incomparable diplomatic skills.
Is Treason the Reason?
An important exception to the standard sychophantic portraits of “Super K” (one of the monikers given him by his adoring press corps) is Kissinger: The Secret Side of the Secretary of State, by investigative reporter Gary Allen, published in 1976.
In the second chapter of this slim but important book, Allen (a colleague of this writer) offered a cursory catalog of Kissinger’s misdeeds, before launching into a more thorough examination of the storied (and sordid) career of the “Secretary of the World.” Gary Allen notes that “as presidential adviser, and later as Secretary of State for the outgoing President [Nixon], Henry Kissinger had”:
• Been the primary architect of the “opening” to Communist China, while working secretly behind the scenes to oust the Republic of China {Taiwan} from the United Nations, which Free China had helped found.
• Emerged as spokesman for appeasement of and “rapprochement” with the Soviet Union, and promoted policies which guaranteed the Soviet Union a strategic military superiority over the U.S.
• Arranged for supplying the latest American technology and know-how to the Soviet block, while waiving $11 billion owed the United States by the Soviet government.
• Provided the U.S.S.R. with American wheat on incredibly favorable credit terms, while bread prices skyrocketed at home.
• Designed the Vietnam “peace” accords with the North Vietnamese Communists (for which he shared a Nobel “Peace” Prize), agreements which guaranteed the Communists victory in Vietnam in the first war ever lost by this country.
• Handled the Intermittent Middle East war so ably that, according to his friend, Soviet Ambassador Anatoly Dobrynin, Kissinger had represented both the Soviets and the United States in the negotiations there.
• Alienated such long-time American allies as Turkey and Greece, thus weakening NATO and allowing the Soviet Union to dominate the entire Mediterranean.
• Urged a policy of “reconciliation” with Communist Cuba, a Soviet satellite successfully planted in the Western Hemisphere which subsequently sent “volunteers” to stage a Communist coup in Angola.
• Attempted, despite massive Congressional and public opposition, to surrender American sovereignty over the Panama Canal, and endorsed the claims of a Moscow-lining Panamanian dictator to the vital waterway.
• Supported a boycott of anti-Communist Rhodesia as a “threat to world peace” with the result that the U.S. became dependent on the Soviet Union for chrome ore.
In subsequent chapters, Gary Allen fleshes out a very damning indictment concerning these and many other charges. In the final chapter of his book, Allen examines an issue that few other biographers/hagiographers of the celebrated “Dr. K” have been willing to broach: The Goleniewski accusation.
Colonel-General Michael Goleniewski is widely credited as being one of the most important Western agents ever to have operated within the Soviet KGB and its satellite agencies. He was the vice chairman of Communist Poland’s military intelligence when he escaped to the West in 1960, bringing thousands of Top Secret Soviet documents as well as information identifying hundreds of highly placed Soviet agents in western governments and intelligence agencies. Among the important communist agents Goleniewski exposed were Kim Philby, George Blake, Gordon Lonsdale, Morris and Lona Cohen, Henry Houghton, Ethel Gee, and Stig Wennerström. So strategic, timely, and reliable were his revelations that the House of Representatives of the 88th Congress passed House Resolution 5507 to honor Goleniewski’s exceptional contributions to American security.
The Resolution said in part that Goleniewski “has collaborated with the government in an outstanding manner and under circumstances which have involved grave personal risk. He continues to make major contributions to the national security of the United States.”
In retrospect, surely the most startling charge leveled by the impeccably accurate Colonel General Goleniewski was that a then relatively unknown German-born Harvard professor was a member of a KGB ring known as ODRA, operating within the U.S. government. Goleniewski identified that professor by name as Henry Kissinger, who, said Goleniewski, went by the code name “Bor.”
Considering Goleniewski’s extraordinary record in these matters and Kissinger’s subsequent atrocious record of pro-communist activities (despite his occasional anti-communist statements), it is nothing short of astounding that not only was Kissinger not subjected to official investigation, but he also received virtually a free pass from the media. Moreover, the same media “watchdogs” merely wagged their tails and rolled over as Kissinger accumulated political power unprecedented for any appointed United States official. As Gary Allen noted:
During his confirmation hearings, it was revealed that Kissinger headed the most immense intelligence-gathering and policy-determining apparatus in White House history. At the time of the confirmation, Kissinger was: a) head of the national Security Council, b) chairman of every important committee on the Council, c) the man to whom the CIA director reported, and d) chairman of the “Forty” Committee, the “covert operations” arm of the NSC. As Senator Stuart Symington observed to our hero:
“If you stay in two positions, head of State and also head of the National Security Council, you are going to be in a position where you are going to have unprecedented authority never granted to anybody but the President.”
And that is just what Kissinger got — with not a yelp from the fawning media.
And the Power Continues
Herr Kissinger’s power has not diminished since his glory days of “ping-pong diplomacy,” “shuttle diplomacy,” and brinksmanship in the 1960s and ’70s. If anything, his prestige, influence — and personal net worth — have skyrocketed. Consider the following remarkable statement made by President Barack Obama’s National Security Adviser General James L. Jones at the 45th Munich Conference on Security Policy at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof on February 8, 2009 (which is published on the web page of the Council on Foreign Relations):
Thank you for that wonderful tribute to Henry Kissinger yesterday. Congratulations. As the most recent National Security Advisor of the United States, I take my daily orders from Dr. Kissinger, filtered down through General Brent Scowcroft and Sandy Berger, who is also here. We have a chain of command in the National Security Council that exists today.
Yes, there is a “chain of command” that has existed for many decades — one that operates outside of the official parameters of our Constitution — extending from Pratt House (the New York City headquarters of the Council on Foreign Relations) to the White House, as well as to the Pentagon, State Department, Treasury Department, the Federal Reserve, and other departments of the federal government. Particularly notable in General Jones’ remark is that all of the individuals mentioned — former National Security Advisors Kissinger, Scowcroft, and Berger — are not only members of the CFR, but leading lights within that organization. Kissinger’s career was launched at the CFR in the late 1950s, where, under the sponsorship of David and Nelson Rockefeller, he was made director of studies and then a member of the editorial board of Foreign Affairs, the CFR journal. He later became a member of the CFR’s Board of Directors. The Council now has an endowed “Henry A. Kissinger Chair in U.S. Foreign Policy” named in his honor.
Scowcroft was a protégé of Dr. K in the Nixon administration and succeeded Kissinger as National Security Advisor to President Ford, a position he also held under President George H.W. Bush. From 1982 to 1989, he was vice chairman of Kissinger Associates, Inc., Herr Henry’s high-powered and richly paid international consulting firm. That stint, no doubt, greatly assisted Scowcroft in launching his own highly profitable global consultancy, The Scowcroft Group. Like Kissinger, Scowcroft serves on many corporate boards, was a director of the CFR and regularly pens articles for Foreign Affairs and/or speaks at CFR confabs. He is an advisor to President Obama and assisted him in selecting personnel for his administration. Sandy Berger helped orchestrate the disastrous pro-Soviet policies of the Carter administration under Secretary of State Cyrus Vance (CFR) and was later Deputy National Security Advisor for President Clinton under security risk Anthony Lake, whom he succeeded as National Security Advisor. He became a partner at the international law firm of Hogan & Hartson, where he was the point-man and key lobbyist for Red China’s government. Berger went on to form his own lobbying firm, Stonebridge International. Among his many controversial business deals with Communist China is his effort to help Red Chinese princeling Hu Haifeng, son of Chinese President Hu Jintao, secure the contract to provide security for American shipping ports. In 2005, Berger pled guilty to stealing classified documents (some of which he destroyed) from the National Archives. He had smuggled out some of the documents in his pants, socks, and jacket. Thanks to his high-level connections, Berger got off with a mere slap on the wrist — 100 hours community service, a $50,000 fine, and two years probation — whereas almost anyone else under similar circumstances would have been looking at serious jail time. But, instead, the charmed Sandy “Burgler” Berger is an honored speaker at swank CFR soirees of “the great and the good” and writes pieces for Foreign Affairs and internationalist op-eds (with Brent Scowcroft) for CFR fronts such as theWashington Post.
Kissinger, Putin and the “New World Order”
The inimitable Dr. K remains a sensation not only in the United States, but in Russia as well, where, incredibly, in 2007, he and Yevgeny Primakov were appointed by Vladimir Putin to co-chair a bilateral “working group” on international security concerns. Putin, of course, is the “former” KGB-FSB chief who now runs Russia, and Primakov is the former KGB Middle East terror chief and former Russian Prime Minister who now heads the Russian Chamber of Commerce. Kissinger has made numerous off-the-grid jaunts to Moscow to meet with Putin, Primakov, and other Russian officials, which is a continuation of the strange Kissinger modus operandi throughout the Cold War that so alarmed national security personnel: conducting closed, secret meetings with Anatoly Dobrynin, Leonid Brezhnev, and other Soviet leaders, and operating through KGB back channels, which was confirmed years later by retired KGB General Oleg Kalugin. All of which should cause reconsideration of Colonel General Goleniewski’s revelations concerning Kissinger’s alleged membership in the KGB’s ODRA ring.
As noteworthy and alarming as is Kissinger’s ongoing parlaying and hobnobbing with Putin, Primakov, and other top members of the Russian KGB-FSB elite, it has been almost completely ignored by the major media. The New American, however, provided coverage of this striking development here and here.
The Big Media have likewise completely ignored the newly released transcript of the Kissinger quote; news searches on Yahoo and Google yield not a single story about it. This is all the more striking considering that this is the same Big Media that normally hang on every word from the thick-lippedeminence griese with the thick accent, whose guttural utterances could be mistaken for the rumblings of a German cement truck.
This is not the first airing of Kissinger’s flippant boast of criminality and constitutional subversion, but it is the first documented example of it in an official context of which we are aware. We quoted the infamous quip in our predecessor publications The Review of the News and American Opinion, taking it from his interview with the New York Times Magazine of October 28, 1973.
Likewise, Gary Allen, in his previously cited 1976 book (page 13) wrote:
He was the man who said “power is the ultimate aphrodisiac,” and who was quoted in New York Times magazine as joking, “The illegal we do immediately. The unconstitutional takes a little longer.”
The Times, of course, which has served as one of Dr. K’s premiere PR vehicles, did not criticize Kissinger over the remark, but that was to be expected, since the globalist elites at the Times have for decades shown themselves to be as contemptuous as Kissinger of constitutional limitations.
Like Kissinger, the top folks at the Times are all pedigreed internationalists, with a large percentage holding membership in the Council on Foreign Relations. Ditto for the top echelon journos and execs at the Washington Post, TIME, Newsweek, ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN and the rest of the “prestige press.” These are the same institutions that for decades protected Soviet agent Alger Hiss (a CFR member), who, like Kissinger, was treated as the brilliant golden boy of diplomacy. The CFR choir in the Big Media protected Hiss as long as it possibly could, pleading his innocence and castigating all efforts to expose him as unfounded and vicious witch hunts. The damage to our national security and the toll in death, misery, and loss of freedom caused by Hiss’s treasonous, pro-Stalin influence on FDR’s policies (not to mention his key role in foisting the United Nations, IMF, and World Bank on the United States and the world) is incalculable. Hiss’s baleful influence was long ago eclipsed by Herr Kissinger, who is rewarded with a multi-millionaire lifestyle, celebrity, and open invitations at venues such as the Times to pen op-eds calling for a “New World Order,” a theme that has always been code in CFR circles for a world government run by the minions of Pratt House, unbridled by the nuisance of constitutional limitations. The CFR coterie has already achieved de facto control over our executive branch of government. If the admission quoted earlier in this article by President Obama’s National Security Advisor General Jones isn’t evidence enough of this, then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s address to the CFR at its new Washington, D.C., office last year, in which she admits to taking orders from Pratt House, should be suffice. She begins by thanking CFR President Richard Haass and referring to Pratt House as the “mother ship,” an ominous choice of words, since it confirms what critics (this one included) have said for decades, i.e., that our State Department is under the control of, and operates in the service of, the Council on Foreign Relations. It’s hard to put any other gloss on it, as Secretary Clinton’s words speak for themselves:
Thank you very much, Richard, and I am delighted to be here in these new headquarters. I have been often to, I guess, the mother ship in New York City, but it’s good to have an outpost of the Council right here down the street from the State Department. We get a lot of advice from the Council, so this will mean I won’t have as far to go to be told what we should be doing and how we should think about the future.
Like Kissinger, Hillary Clinton can boast: “The illegal we do immediately; the unconstitutional takes a little longer.” And, like Kissinger, she has been able, thanks to her CFR connections, to escape the consequences of her criminal activities, as in the sordid case of her illegal fundraising activities with Hollywood mogul Peter Paul.
The history of the Council and its members in government “service” over the past several decades indicates that Kissinger’s quote is not the harmless, humorous witticism they would have us believe it is; it is serious operational code for those who intend to rule without restraint, regardless of the oaths they have taken to uphold and defend the Constitution. The social networking phenomenon started as a way of American college students to keep in touch. It is rapidly catching up with MySpace, and has left others like Bebo in its wake.
But there is a dark side to the success story that’s been spreading across the blogosphere. A complex but riveting Big Brother-type conspiracy theory which links Facebook to the CIA and the US Department of Defence.
The CIA is, though, using a Facebook group to recruit staff for its very sexy sounding National Clandestine Service.
Checking out the job ads does require a Facebook login, so if you haven’t joined the site – or are worried that CIA spooks will start following you home from work -check them out on the agency’s own site.
The story starts once Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg had launched, after the dorm room drama that’s led to the current court case.
Facebook’s first round of venture capital funding ($US500,000) came from former Paypal CEO Peter Thiel. Author of anti-multicultural tome ‘The Diversity Myth’, he is also on the board of radical conservative group VanguardPAC.
The second round of funding into Facebook ($US12.7 million) came from venture capital firm Accel Partners. Its manager James Breyer was formerly chairman of the National Venture Capital Association, and served on the board with Gilman Louie, CEO of In-Q-Tel, a venture capital firm established by the Central Intelligence Agency in 1999. One of the company’s key areas of expertise are in “data mining technologies”.
Breyer also served on the board of R&D firm BBN Technologies, which was one of those companies responsible for the rise of the internet.
Dr Anita Jones joined the firm, which included Gilman Louie. She had also served on the In-Q-Tel’s board, and had been director of Defence Research and Engineering for the US Department of Defence.
She was also an adviser to the Secretary of Defence and overseeing the Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), which is responsible for high-tech, high-end development.
It was when a journalist lifted the lid on the DARPA’s Information Awareness Office that the public began to show concern at its information mining projects.
Wikipedia’s IAO page says: “the IAO has the stated mission to gather as much information as possible about everyone, in a centralised location, for easy perusal by the United States government, including (though not limited to) internet activity, credit card purchase histories, airline ticket purchases, car rentals, medical records, educational transcripts, driver’s licenses, utility bills, tax returns, and any other available data.”.
Not surprisingly, the backlash from civil libertarians led to a Congressional investigation into DARPA’s activity, the Information Awareness Office lost its funding.
Now the internet conspiracy theorists are citing Facebook as the IAO’s new mask.
Parts of the IAO’s technology round-up included ‘human network analysis and behaviour model building engines’, which Facebook’s massive volume of neatly-targeted data gathering allows for.
Facebook’s own Terms of use state: “by posting Member Content to any part of the Web site, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to facebook an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, reformat, translate, excerpt and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorpoate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorise sublicenses of the foregoing.
And in its equally interesting privacy policy: “Facebook may also collect information about you from other sources, such as newspapers, blogs, instant messaging services, and other users of the Facebook service through the operation of the service (eg. photo tags) in order to provide you with more useful information and a more personalised experience. By using Facebook, you are consenting to have your personal data transferred to and processed in the United States.”
Is the CIA really providing the impetus and the funding behind the monster growth of this year’s biggest dot com success story? Maybe only the men with the nice suits and ear pieces can answer that.

As a youngster, I was awed by people who ”made it to the top” by creating and innovating corporations, technologies, or simply establishing themselves through sports, music, entertainment, etc. thus becoming millionaires.
Now as I have grown older, I realize how illusory this paradigm really is. I came to the conclusion that if you want to reach the ”top’,’ you have to give up your soul.
Take Mark Zuckerberg for example. He is one of the most ”successful entrepreneurs” in the last decade. Having made a fortune through his Facebook empire, he reaches more than 500 million people worldwide. It seems like a fairytale. A student creates a new interface to connect the people throughout the world. Well, it sounds great doesn’t it? It would, if we were true.
Here is a good video that demonstrates that Facebook was indirectly funded by the CIA with the goal of learning and storing everything there is to know aboutyou. Why? To monitor and ultimately control.
Again, the people have been totally duped by the Facebook-mania and can only see what they are told to see. As my friends say: ”It is to connect people and share information”. In the wake of the recent crisis in Egypt, we might add that Facebook has become not just a data-mining operation, but also a soft power proxy for crisis-creation.
Let’s look at headlines that should cast no doubt about the true character of CIAbook:
US spies invest in internet monitoring technology – Quoted from this article: ”In an attempt to sift through the blizzard of information, the investment arm of the CIA, In-Q-Tel, has invested in a software firm that monitors social media.”
TIME Mag Person of the Year 2010 – This link is just a mere reminder of past history and the perversion of ”honoring”those who don’t deserve it. Would you like to share this front cover with Hitler, Stalin, Kissinger, etc.? I sure wouldn’t. Obviously Zuckerberg has done something ”great”. Just my 2 cents about this garbage.
GOOGLE
Google has come under scrutiny over its attempt to eliminate competing search engines and block ”controversial” sites and people, but the biggest controversy came over its alleged ties to the CIA and NSA.
Google founders Sergey M. Brin and Lawrence E. Page are portrayed as average folks, Stanford University students, who teamed up to create a ”superior search engine”. Their attempt to do just that turned out to be so successful that they started to get funding from big players, for example Sun Microsystems. It can be assumed that the CIA and NSA funded them as well. As in the above example of Facebook, don’t forget the Google scandal connected to China last year, where Google simply evaded censorship laws by moving to Hong Kong.
The CIA might have used Google as a soft power proxy in China as well for destabilization operations. Here are a few issues that made the news regarding Google:
I admit I have Facebook. I am not particularly happy about it, but it does facilitate being connected with friends from other places. I try to keep a low profile. Don’t reveal anything or don’t click on trivial buttons, for example the ”Likes”.
Use alternatives to make contact if you can, e.g. email or other messengers. If you have Facebook, you have probably realized how people have literally sold their lives over to it.
Every time I see people revealing things to the finest detail, they don’t think about any consequences, or let’s say, they are not smart enough to care. The scientific dictatorship has done a ”good” job in brainwashing and manipulating the masses. Don’t be fooled by the deceit. The mainstream media has been very reluctant to cover the disturbing Google/Facebook ties as it would expose important assets for the Big Brother machine and its secret use to destabilize.
Zuckerberg or the Google founders would never have gotten the publicity, wealth and success without a CIA or NSA connection. To elaborate on the opening quote, I assume they have been initiated into the Illuminati Order and sold their soul.
Now that human clones are everywhere, how should we treat them? It’s not just Clonaid asking anymore. The United Nations has just released a policy report saying that if we cannot reach global consensus on banning human cloning, we’ll have to cope with a world full of human clones. And you know what that means. We could be facing a massive Clone Lib movement! So what does the most powerful body of international wonkitude recommend we do about the coming clone peril?
Says Brendan Tobin of the Irish Center for Human Rights, an author of the report:
“Failure to outlaw reproductive cloning means it is just a matter of time until cloned individuals share the planet. If failure to compromise continues, the world community must accept responsibility and ensure that any cloned individual receives full human rights protection. It will also need to embark on an extensive awareness building and sensitivity program to ensure that the wider society treats clones with respect and ensure they are protected against prejudice, abuse or discrimination.
Most of the report urges the international community to set up better laws against human reproductive cloning, essentially threatening them with the stick of having to take sensitivity training to deal with clone co-workers. I guess the worst thing that the UN can imagine is another minority group demanding its rights. They also talk about the two main arguments against human reproductive cloning: religious concerns, and fear of commoditizing human life. (They leave out what to me seems like the most important issue, which is that making a human clone is essentially to experiment on a human subject without permission.)
No matter how you slice it, the UN document is pretty damn anti-clone. New Report! Human Reproductive Cloning ( by UN University)
This report evaluates the responses of the United Nations to the questions of human cloning governance. The difference between reproductive human cloning and use of cloning technology for research is explained followed by an ethical analysis of cloning.
Discussion of ethics at the UN level often brings to mind the notion of deep, profound, commonly held principles to guide human actions. While general ethical principles, such as the principle of doing no harm in medical practice, are widely respected, the question of what amounts to harm is less easily defined. The debate on reproductive and research cloning has demonstrated the diversity of ethical beliefs. It is interesting, for instance, that while there is an almost complete consensus amongst countries with regard to the need to ban reproductive cloning, a number of academics and some religious groups do not necessarily believe that such cloning is unethical. The analysis of the ethical considerations revolves around the questions of – human dignity, what is natural, human health, social justice, freedom of research and choices.
The Formation of Customary International Law is reviewed, and the report concludes that an analysis of existing municipal legislation on cloning indicates strong evidence of state practice and opinio juris supporting the prohibition of reproductive cloning. In the case of reproductive cloning, over 50 countries have legislated to ban reproductive cloning and there is no country that legislated to allow the practice.
Future options for international governance of cloning could include further work by UNESCO IBC on the issue of reproductive and research cloning, in the context of resolution A/RES/59/280 and also in the context of the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights, which was adopted by the General Conference of UNESCO on the 19th of October 2005. The UN GA Sixth committee takes up the issue of customary international law on cloning. The current status quo is one option, but the report presents discussion relevant to the different options that exist to establish temporary moratorium, total bans or to leave the decision to the national governments. The report hopes to contribute to dissemination, discussion and debate on cloning issues at the international level, so that all countries including the developing and least developed countries can participate and put forward their concerns regarding this new technology. This issue however is one that affects all of humanity, and the report is intended to provide a basis on which the international community may wish to revisit the issue of human cloning, at a time which may be not too distant.
Why is it that Americans, living in what is called the richest nation on earth, seem always to be short of money. Wives are working in unprecedented numbers, husbands hope for overtime hours to earn more, or take part-time jobs, children look for odd jobs for spending money, the family debt climbs higher, and psychologists say one of the biggest causes of family quarrels and breakups is “arguments over money.” Much of this trouble can be traced to our present “money” system.
Too few Americans realize why Christian Statesmen wrote into Article I of the U.S. Constitution: “Congress shall have the Power to Coin Money and Regulate the Value Thereof”.
They did this, in prayerful hope it would prevent “love of money” from destroying the Republic they had founded. We shall see how subversion of Article I has brought on the “evil” which God had warned.
Money is Man’s Only “Creation”
Economists use the term “create” when speaking of the process by which money comes into existence. Now, creation means making something that did not exist before. Lumbermen make boards from trees, workers build houses from lumber, and factories manufacture automobiles from metal, glass and other materials. But in all these they did not “create,” they only changed existing materials into a more usable and, therefore, more valuable form. This is not so with money. Here, and here alone, man actually “creates” something out of nothing. A piece of paper of little value is printed so that it is worth a piece of lumber. With different figures it can buy the automobile or even the house. Its value has been “created” in the true meaning of the word.
Money “Creating” Profitable
As is seen by the above, money is very cheap to make, and whomever does the “creating” of money in a nation can make a tremendous profit! That profit is part of our story, but first let us consider another unique characteristic of the thing — money, the love of which is the “root of all evil.”
Adequate Money Supply Needed
An adequate supply of money is indispensable to civilized society. An overstatement, you say? Not at all. Money is the blood of civilized society, the means of all commercial trade except simple barter. It is the measure and the instrument by which one product is sold and another purchased. Remove money or even reduce the supply below that which is necessary to carry on current levels of trade, and the results are catastrophic. For an example, we need only look at America’s Depression of the early 1930’s.
The Bankers Depression of the 1930’s
In 1930 America did not lack industrial capacity, fertile farmland, skilled and willing workers or industrious farm families. It had an extensive and highly efficient transportation system in railroads, road networks, inland and ocean waterways. Communications between regions were the best in the world, utilizing telephone, teletype, radio, and a well-operated government mail system. No war had ravaged the cities or the countryside, no pestilence weakened the population, nor had famine stalked the land. The United States of America in 1930 lacked only one thing: an adequate supply of money.
In the early 1930’s, Bankers, the only source of new money and credit, deliberately refused loans to industries, stores and farms. Payments on existing loans were required however, and money rapidly disappeared from circulation. Goods were available to be purchased, jobs waiting to be done, but the lack of money brought the nation to a standstill. By this simple ploy America was intentionally put in a “depression” and the greedy Bankers took possession of hundreds of thousands of farms, homes, and business properties. The people were told, “times are hard,” and “money is short.” Not understanding the system, they were cruelly robbed of their earnings, their savings, and their property.
Money for Peace? No! Money for War? Yes!
World War II ended the “depression.” The same Bankers who in the early 30’s had refused loans for peacetime houses, food and clothing, suddenly had unlimited billions to lend for Army barracks, K-rations and uniforms! A nation that in 1934 couldn’t produce food for sale, suddenly could produce bombs to send free to Germany and Japan!
With the sudden increase in money, people were hired, farmers sold their produce, factories went to two shifts, mines re-opened, and “The Great Depression” was over! Some politicians were blamed for it and others took credit for ending it. The truth is the lack of money (caused by the Bankers) brought on the depression, and adequate money ended it. The people were never told that simple truth and in this article we will endeavor to show how these same Bankers who control our money and credit today have used their control to plunder America and place us in bondage.
Power to Coin and Regulate Money
When we can see the disastrous’ results of an artificially created shortage of money, we can better understand why our Founding Fathers, who understood both money and God’s Laws, insisted on placing the power to “create” money and to control it ONLY in the hands of the US Congress. They believed that ALL citizens should share in the profits of its “creation” and therefore the national government must be the ONLY creator of money.
Since Congress was the only legislative body subject to all the citizens at the ballot box, it was, to their minds, the only safe depository of so much profit and so much power. They wrote it out in the simple, but all-inclusive: “Congress shall have the Power to Coin Money and Regulate the Value Thereof.”
How the People Lost Control to the Federal Reserve
Instead of the Constitutional method of Congress creating our money and putting it into circulation, we now have an entirely unconstitutional system. This has resulted in almost disastrous conditions, as we shall see.
Since our money was handled both legally and illegally before 1913, we shall consider only the years following 1913, since from that year on, ALL of our money has been created and issued by an illegal method that will eventually destroy the United States if it is not changed. Prior to 1913, America was a prosperous, powerful, and growing nation, at peace with its neighbors and the envy of the world. But — in December of 1913, Congress, with many members away for the Christmas holidays, passed what has since been known as the FEDERAL RESERVE ACT. Omitting the burdensome details, it simply authorized the Federal Reserve Corporation, with a Board of Directors to run the money system.
This simple, but terrible, law completely removed from Congress the right to “create” money or to have any control over its “creation,” and gave that function to the Federal Reserve Corporation. This was done with appropriate fanfare and propaganda that this would “remove money from politics” (they didn’t say “and therefore from the people’s control”). The people were not told then, and most still do not know today, that the Federal Reserve Corporation is a private corporation controlled by private bankers and therefore is operated for the financial gain of the bankers over the people rather than for the good of the people. The word “Federal” was used only to deceive the people.
More Disastrous Than Pearl Harbor
Since that “day of infamy,” more disastrous to us than Pearl Harbor, the small group of “privileged” people who lend us “our” money have accrued to themselves all of the profits of printing our money — and more! Since 1913 they have “created” tens of billions of dollars in money and credit, which, as their own personal property, they lend to our government and our people at interest. “The rich get richer and the poor get poorer” had become the secret policy.
They Print It –We Borrow It and Pay Them Interest
We shall start with the need for money. The Federal Government, having spent more than it has taken from its citizens in taxes, needs, for the sake of illustration, 1 billion. Since it does not have the money, and Congress has given away its authority to “create” it, the Government must go to the “creators” for the $ 1 billion. But, the Federal Reserve, a private corporation, doesn’t just give its money away! The Bankers are willing to deliver 1,000,000,000 billion in money or credit to the Federal Government in exchange for the Government’s agreement to pay it back — with interest! So Congress authorizes the Treasury Department to print 1,000,000,000 billion in bonds, which are then delivered to the Federal Reserve Bankers.
The Federal Reserve then pays the cost of printing the 1,000,000,000 (about 1,000 dollars) and makes the exchange. The Government then uses the money to pay its obligations. What are the results of this fantastic transaction? Well, $ 1 billion in Government bills are paid all right, but the Government has now indebted the people to the Bankers for $ 1 billion on which the people must pay interest! Tens of thousands of such transactions have taken place since 1913 so that by the 1980’s, the U.S. Government is indebted to the Bankers for over $ 1,000,000,000,000 (trillion) on which the people pay over $ 100 billion a year in interest alone with no hope of ever paying off the principal. [Get this!! If the principle were ever paid back, there would be NO more money in circulation.] In 1995, the total Federal Debt has grown to over $ 5 trillion, with an annual interest payment of $ 203 billion, 14% of the federal budget. Supposedly our children and following generations will pay forever and forever!
And There’s More
You say, “This is terrible!” Yes, it is, but we have shown only part of the sordid story. Under this unholy system, those United States Bonds have now become “assets” of the Banks in the Reserve System, which they then use as “reserves” to “create” more “credit” to lend. Current “reserve” requirements allow them to use that $ 1 billion in bonds to “create” as much as $ 15 billion in new “credit” to lend to States, Municipalities, to individuals and businesses. Added to the original $ 1 billion, they could have $ 16 billion of “created credit” out in loans paying them interest with their only cost being $ 1,000 for printing the original $ 1 billion! Since the U.S. Congress has not issued Constitutional money since 1913, in order for the people to have money to carry on trade and commerce they are forced to borrow the “created credit” of the Monoply Bankers and pay them usury-fees!
And There’s Still More
In addition to the vast wealth drawn to them through this almost unlimited usury, the Bankers who control the money at the top are able to approve or disapprove large loans to large and successful corporations to the extent that refusal of a loan will bring about a reduction in the price that that Corporation’s stock sells for on the market. After depressing the price, the Bankers’ agents buy large blocks of the stock, after which the sometimes multi-million-dollar loan is approved, the stock rises, and is then sold for a profit. In this manner billions of dollars are made with which to buy more stock. This practice is so refined today that the Federal Reserve Board need only announce to the newspapers an increase or decrease in their “rediscount rate” to send stocks up and down as they wish. Using this method since 1913, the Bankers and their agents have purchased secret or open control of almost every large corporation in America. Using that control, they then force the corporations to borrow huge sums from their banks so that corporation earnings are siphoned off in the form of interest to the banks. This leaves little as actual “profits” which can be paid as dividends and explains why stock prices are so depressed, while the banks reap billions in interest from corporate loans. In effect, the bankers get almost all of the profits, while individual stockholders are left holding the bag.
Millions of working families are now indebted to the few hundred Banking Families for twice the assessed value of the entire United States. And these Banking Families obtained that debt against us for the cost of paper, ink, and bookkeeping!
The Interest Amount is Never Created
The only way new money goes into circulation is when it is borrowed from Bankers. When large sums are borrowed, we seem to prosper. However, the fatal flaw in a usury system, the only new money created and put into circulation is the amount of the loan. The money to pay the interest is NOT created, and therefore was NOT added to “money in circulation.” Under this kind of a system, the total debt increasingly outstrips the amount of money available to pay the debt. The people can never, ever get out of debt!
There is therefore no way all debtors can pay off the moneylenders. All they can do is struggle against each other, borrowing more and more from the moneylenders each generation. The moneylenders (Bankers), who produce nothing of value, slowly, then more rapidly, gain a death grip on the land, buildings, and present and future earnings of the whole working population. Proverbs 22:7 has come to pass in America. The borrowers have become the servants of the lenders. No wonder God Almighty forbids interest on loans.
Yes, It’s Political, Too
Democrat, Republican, and Independent voters who have wondered why politicians always spend more tax money than they take in should now see the reason. When you study our “debt-money” system, you soon realize that these politicians are not the agents of the people but are the agents of the Bankers, for whom they plan ways to place the people further into debt. It takes only a little imagination to see that if Congress had been “creating,” and spending or issuing the necessary increase in the money supply, THERE WOULD BE NO NATIONAL DEBT, and the over $ 5 Trillion of other debts would be practically non-existent. Since there would be no ORIGINAL cost of money except printing, and no CONTINUING costs such as interest, Federal taxes would be almost nil. Money, once in circulation, would remain there and go on serving its purpose as a medium of exchange for generation after generation and century after century, just as coins do now, with NO payments to the Bankers whatever!
Mounting Debts and Wars
But instead of peace and debt-free prosperity, we have ever-mounting debt and periodic wars. We as a people are now ruled by a system of Banker-owned Mammon that has usurped the mantle of government, disguised itself as our legitimate government, and set about to pauperize and control our people. It is now a centralized, all-powerful political apparatus whose main purposes are promoting war, spending the peoples’ money, and propagandizing to perpetuate itself in power. Our two large political parties have become its servants. The various departments of government its spending agencies, and the Internal Revenue Service, its collection agency.
Unknown to the people, it operates in close cooperation with similar apparatuses in other nations, which are also disguised as “governments.” Some, we are told, are friends. Some, we are told, are enemies. “Enemies” are built up through international manipulations and used to frighten the American people into going billions of dollars more into debt to the Bankers for “military preparedness,” “foreign aid to stop communism,” “minority rights,” etc. Citizens, deliberately confused by brainwashing propaganda, watch helplessly while our politicians give our food, goods, and money to Banker-controlled alien governments under the guise of “better relations” and “easing tensions.” Our Banker-controlled government takes our finest and bravest sons and sends them into foreign wars with obsolete equipment and inadequate training, where tens of thousands are murdered, and hundreds of thousands are crippled. Other thousands are morally corrupted, addicted to drugs, and infected with venereal and other diseases, which they bring back to the United States. When the “war” is over, we have gained nothing, but we are scores of billions of dollars more in debt to the Bankers, which was the reason for the “war” in the first place!
And There’s More
The profits from these massive debts have been used to erect a complete and almost hidden economic and political colossus over our nation. They keep telling us they are trying to do us “good,” when in truth they work to bring harm and injury to our people. These would-be despots know it is easier to control and rob an ill, poorly-educated and confused people than it is a healthy and intelligent population, so they deliberately prevent real cures for diseases, they degrade our educational systems, and they stir up social and racial unrest. For the same reason they favor drug use, alcohol, racial intermarriage, sexual promiscuity, abortion, pornography, and crime. Everything, which debilitates the minds and bodies of the peeple, is secretly encouraged, as it makes the people less able to oppose them or even to understand what is being done to them.
Family, morals, love of Country, the Christian religion, all that is honorable is being swept away, while they try to build their new, subservient man. Our new “rulers” are trying to change our whole racial, social, religious, and political order, but they will not change the debt-money economic system by which they rob and rule. Our people have become “debt-slaves” to the Bankers and their agents in the land our fathers conquered. It is conquest through the most gigantic fraud and swindle in the history of mankind. And we remind you again: The key to their wealth and power over us is their ability to create “money” out of nothing and lend it to us at interest. If they had not been allowed to do that, they would never have gained secret control of our nation. How true Solomon’s words are: “The rich ruleth over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender” (Proverbs 22:7).
God Almighty warned in the Bible that one of the curses which would come upon His People for disobeying His Laws was: “The stranger that is within thee shall get up above thee very high; and thou shalt come down very low. He shall lend to thee, and thou shalt not lend to him; he shall be the head, and thou shalt be the tail” [Deut. 28: 44-45]. Has that warning come to fruition in America
Let us now consider the correct method of providing the medium of exchange needed by our people.
The Constitutional Way –Every Citizen A Stockholder
If we had used the Constitutional way of “creating” the money needed in the nation, the Federal Congress would spend most of its time and study on the issuance and control of an adequate supply of stable money for the people. If an increase of population and production required an increase in the medium of exchange, Congress would authorize the “coining,” (i.e., printing) of the determined amount. Some could be used to pay current legitimate expenses of the Federal Government, with the balance paid directly to the citizens. Records for payment would be similar to Social Security records, except a citizen would be recorded at birth, instead of when he first goes to work. Each person on the records as of the date of the Congressional authorization would receive an equal amount just as if he were a stockholder holding one share. Just think — a payment of only $ 20 to each citizen would put $ 4 billion of debt-free and interest-free money into circulation.
Such a suggestion always scares the Bankers. Their propagandists will immediately cry, “printing press money,” and warn that it would soon be “worthless” and would “cause inflation.”
The truth is their immense usury charges on their “created” credit (our debt) is the sole cause of “inflation.” All prices on all industry, trade and labor must be raised periodically to pay the ever-increasing usury charges. That is the ONLY cause of higher prices, and the moneychangers spend millions in propaganda to keep you from realizing that.
The money-creators (Bankers) know that if we ever tried a Constitutional issue of debt-free, interest-free currency, even a limited issue, the benefits would be immediately. That they must prevent. Abraham Lincoln was the last President to issue such debt-free and interest-free currency (in 1863) and he was assassinated shortly thereafter.
No Banker’s Plunder
Under a Constitutional system no private banks would exist to rob the people. Government banks under the control of the people’s representatives would issue and control all money and credit. They would issue not only actual currency, but could lend limited credit at no interest for the purchase of capital goods, such as homes. A $ 60,000 loan would require only $ 60.000 repayment, not $ 255,931 as it is now. Everyone who supplied materials and labor for the home would get paid just as they do today, but the Bankers would NOT get $ 195,931 in usury fees, and that is why the ridicule and destroy anyone suggesting GOVERNMENT (CITIZENS’) MONEY WITHOUT INTEREST AND WITHOUT DEBT.
History tells us of debt-free and interest-free money issued by governments. The American colonies did it in the 1700’s and their wealth soon rivaled England and brought restrictions from Parliament, which led to the Revolutionary War. Abraham Lincoln did it in 1863 to help finance the Civil War. An agent of the Rothschild Bank later assassinated him. No debt-free or interest-free money has been issued in America since then. Several Arab nations issue interest-free loans to their citizens today. The Saracean Empire forbad interest on money for 1,000 years, and its wealth outshone even Saxon Europe. Mandarin China issued its own money, interest-free and debt-free, and historians and collectors of art today consider those centuries to be China’s time of greatest wealth, culture and peace.
Germany issued debt-free and interest-free money from 1935 and on, accounting for its startling rise from the depression to a world power in 5 years. Germany financed its entire, government and war operation from 1935 to 1945 without gold and without debt, and it took the whole Capitalist and Communist world to destroy the German power over Europe and bring Europe back under the heel of the Bankers. Such history of money does not even appear in the textbooks of public (government) schools today.
Issuing money that doesn’t have to be paid back in interest leaves the money available to use in the exchange of goods and services and its only continuing cost is replacement as the paper wears out. Money is the paper ticket by which such transfers are made and should always be in sufficient quantity to transfer all possible production of the nation to ultimate consumers.
It is as ridiculous for a nation to say to its citizens, “You must consume less because we are short of money,” as it would be for an Airline to say, “Our planes are flying, but we can’t take you because we are short of tickets.”
Why You Haven’t Known
We realize this small, and necessarily incomplete, article on money may be charged with oversimplification. Some may say that if it is that simple the people would have known about it, and it could not have happened. But this MONEYLENDERS’ consPIRACY is as old as Babylon, and even in America it dates far back before the year 1913. Actually, 1913 may be considered the year, which their previous plans came to fruition, and the way opened for complete economic conquest of our people. The consPIRACY is old enough in America so that its agents have been, for many years, in positions such as newspaper publishers, editors, columnists, church ministers, university presidents, professors, textbook writers, labor union leaders, movie makers, radio and TV commentators, politicians from school board members to U.S. presidents, and many others.
Controlled News and Information
These agents also control the information available to our people. They manipulate public opinion, elect whom they will locally and nationally, and never expose the crooked money system. They promote school bonds, municipal bonds, expensive and detrimental farm programs, “urban renewal,” foreign aid, and many other schemes, which will put the people more into debt to the Bankers. Thoughtful citizens wonder why billions are spent on one program and billions on another which may duplicate it or even nullify it, such as paying some farmers not to raise crops, while at the same time building dams or canals to irrigate more farm land. Crazy or stupid? Neither. The goal is more debt. Thousands of deviously plotted government-sponsored ways to waste money go on continually. Most make no sense, but they are never exposed for what they really are, builders of “billions for the bankers and debts for the people.”
So-called “economic experts” write syndicated columns in hundreds of newspapers, craftily designed to prevent the people from learning the simple truth about our money system. Commentators on radio and TV, preachers, educators, and politicians blame the people as wasteful, lazy, or spend-thrift, and blame the workers and consumers for the increase in debts and the inflation of prices, when they know the cause is the debt-money system itself. Our people are literally drowned in charges and counter-charges designed to confuse them and keep them from understanding the unconstitutional and evil money-system that is so efficiently and silently robbing the farmers, the workers, and the businessmen of the fruits of their labors and of their freedoms.
When some few Patriotic people or organizations who know the truth begin to expose them or try to stop any of their mad schemes, they are ridiculed and smeared as “conspiracy theorist,” “right-wing extremists,” “super-patriots,” “ultra-rightists,” “bigots,” “racists,” even “fascists” and “anti-semites.” Any name is used which will cause them to shut up or will at least stop other people from listening to the warning they are giving. Articles, books, and information such as what you are now reading are kept out of schools, libraries, and bookstores.
Some, who are especially vocal in their exposure of the treason against our people, are harassed by government agencies such as the EPA, OSHA, the IRS, and even average citizens too ignorant of the truth, causing them financial loss, embarrassment, or other such hard-ships. By these methods they have prevented most Americans from learning the things you have read in this article. However, in spite of their control of information, they realize many citizens are learning the truth. Therefore, to prevent violence or armed resistance to their plunder of America, they plan to eventually disarm all citizens. They have to eliminate most guns, except those in the hands of their government police and army.
Audit The Federal Reserve System? The Federal Reserve has never been audited by the government since it took over our money and credit in 1913. In 1975 a bill, H.R. 4316, to require an audit was introduced in Congress. During the April, 1975 hearings, this author submitted a statement favoring the audit, as did many others. Due to pressure from the money controllers, it was not passed. No audit of the Fed has ever been made.
Why Haven’t They Told You? Who are “they”? “They” are all of the politicians of the two old parties and elected officials. All “educational” groups like the League of Women Voters, the Heritage Foundation and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). All news services, such as the Associated Press and the United Press International. All daily newspapers, including the New York “Times” and Los Angeles “Times.” All weekly “news” magazines, such as “Time” and “Newsweek.” All economics and history professors at all colleges and universities. All financial newsletter publishers. All labor leaders. All televangelists, your local minister, priest or rabbi. All of the above and more are hiding the truth from you or they TOO are brainwashed by all the government propaganda to see through the lies.
Fortunately, groups of patriots in every state (and now a growing number of citizens of other countries) know the truth and are helping to fight the bankers’ plans to dump the Constitution into the UN garbage pail. When the bankers prick the credit/debt bubble they will foreclose on America. Then, they will own it all. There may be a “managed chaos” — riots and terrorism — to alarm the people with the fear of anarchy as the bankers prepare to impose a communistic dictatorship on America as the “solution” for the problems they, themselves, have created.
Will you help to bring awareness for those you care about? Only an educated people will be able to resist the lies of the bankers’ stooges. This is why it is important for you to know the truth about how the bankers make billions for themselves and bring debts to the people. Love of Country, compassion for your Race, and concern for your children should make you deeply interested in this, as our generation has not yet suffered under the “yoke” as the coming generations will. Usury and taxes will continue to take a larger and larger part of the annual earnings of the people and put them into the pockets of the Bankers and their political Agents. Increasing “government” regulations will prevent citizen protest and opposition to their control. Is it possible that your grandchildren will own neither home nor car, but will live in “government-owned” apartments and ride to work in “government-owned” buses (both paying usury to the Bankers), AND BE ALLOWED TO KEEP JUST ENOUGH OF THEIR EARNINGS TO BUY A MINIMUM OF FOOD AND CLOTHING while their Rulers wallow in luxury? In Asia and Europe it is called “communism;” in America it is called “Democracy” and “Capitalism.”
New Legislation has already been written that can bring an end to this whole corrupt system but, America will not shake off her Banker-controlled dictatorship as long as the people remain silent and/or ignorant of the hidden controllers. NLP is a sort of mental hypnosis or seed planting used by magicians such as Derren Brown. If done correctly the NLP operator can use hand gestures or word patterns to make you believe anything they want.

It has also been suggested that Fox news used NLP to announce Bush had won when he really had not or the race was to close to call. The fact remains that they were indeed the first network to call the race for Bush.
What worries me is if NLP is being used by the networks, they can basically make anyone see what they want them to see.

When news is being broadcast, the reporter can use NLP combined with file footage of similar events, or misrepresent real events such as those just reported by Russia of the CNN broadcast reporting from one city but showing video from another to make you think the fighting is in a different area thus expanding.
If the election this year is a tight race, im sure the media will be able to convince even the candidates and their staff of what ever they want. Even if it is not a tight race, simply saying someone won will cause the other candidate to consider conceding the election.
This is something that if made public would force the media to change tactics, especially if a real documented case can be made showing each network using the NLP.

Seems to me like the only reason the got the professor there in the first place was to discredit him. Not to inform the people, not to get ratings, no to interview him in any case, but just to discredit him.
Of course they use NLP. How didn’t i think of that before? Even my ex-boss, the owner of a not-so-big company, was using NLP all the time with his clients. I’ve seen it so many times, and i have to say it did work. It even worked on me most of the times, although i knew what he was doing. Surely a major tv channel like Fox, that broadcasts to millions, will wanna use NLP… Scary.

Not as sophisticated as FOX but you don’t have to understand the words to realize what is going on in both cases.
You’ll find it hard to believe how many types of technology are being used on human minds today.
We all know we’re “steered” and “walled off” to some degree by influences around us, not the least of which is the media and the onslaught of its corporofascistdisinformation and advertising arm.
Deeper influences include so-called modern education and it’s engineered dumbing-down of society for decades. Just look around you for how “well repeated” everything we’re told has become, with the predominance of shallow Hollywood types and the gutless sing-song intonations and political correctness in society’s language.
But there’s a lot more you need to know about electronic mind control and what it’s doing to you and our world.
1. The Sounds of Silence
Here’s one–subliminal programming carried by UHF or Ultra High Frequency signals. Some say this is the reason the government so enthusiastically pushed everyone to digital broadcasting, to implement this, and free-up the analog bandwidth for even more insidious purposes…the chip.
The Department of Defense calls it Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS), and it also goes by the name of S-quad or Squad. In the private sector, the technology goes by the name of Silent Subliminal Presentation System and the technology has also been released to certain corporate vendors who have attached catchy brand names like BrainSpeak Silent Subliminals to their own SSSS-based products.
Whatever you call it, SSSS is a technology that uses subliminal programming that is carried over Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) broadcast waves, planting inaudible messages directly into the subconscious human mind.
We’re talking nasty here. Would these controllers do such a thing? Are you kidding? Any tool that works is a good tool for these tools. Nature will find a way around it, but it’s something to behold how desperate these control freaks are.
Whether SSSS is coupled with the new all-digital TV signal as its means of delivery into the minds of an unsuspecting U.S. populace or not, it can be deployed by many different devices, including HAARP and GWEN towers, which would effectively blanket the entire nation at once. In fact, Judy Wall says that “there is evidence that the US Government has plans to extend the range of this technology to envelop all peoples, all countries. This can be accomplished, is being accomplished, by utilising the nearly completed HAARP project for overseas areas and the GWEN network now in place in the US. The US Government denies all this.”
But the most insidious aspect of SSSS is that it is completely undetectable by those being targeted. Because it delivers its subliminal programming directly to the human brain via the auditory sense at frequencies that humans are incapable of perceiving as sound, there is no defense against it. Everyone on the planet is equally susceptible to mind control via SSSS and there isn’t any escape from it, as the UHF waves can be transmitted over very long distances from remotely located sources and will pass through walls and other objects as if they are not there. UHF is the frequency (100mhz) that has been used fortelevision and radio broadcasting for as long as these media have existed. SSSS is designed to utilize UHF as a carrier wave.
Even more insidious, though, is the fact that, coupled with the use of supercomputers, an individual’s unique electroencephalographic (EEG) patterns can be digitally altered and then stored for rebroadcast via digital UHF. According to Judy Wall, editor and publisher of Resonance, thenewsletter of the Bioelectromagnetics Special Interest Group, these computer-enhanced EEGs “can identify and isolate the brain’s low-amplitude ‘emotion signature clusters,’ synthesize them and store them on another computer. In other words, by studying the subtle characteristic brainwave patterns that occur when a subject experiences a particular emotion, scientists have been able to identify the concomitant brainwave pattern and can now duplicate it.” These modified emotion signature clusters can then be broadcast over UHF carrier frequencies (i.e., regular TV and radio signals) directly into the brain where they can then “silently trigger the same basic emotion in another human being.” In other words, if the emotional signature cluster for, say, a feeling of hopelessness and despair is being fed directly into your brain via unseen radio waves, you will feel those emotions. The U.S. military bankrolled early development of a non-lethal microwave weapon that creates sound inside your head. But in the end, the gadget may be just as likely to wind up in shopping malls as on battlefields, as I report inNew Scientist.
The project is known as MEDUSA – a contrived acronym for Mob Excess Deterrent Using Silent Audio. And it should not be confused with the Long Range Acoustic Device and similar gadgets which simply project sound. This one uses the so-called “microwave auditory effect”: a beam of microwaves is turned into sound by the interaction with your head. Nobody else can hear it unless they are in the beam as well.
The effect has long been a laboratory curiosity, with no application. But, over the years, the military has been intrigued. The idea (dubbed “the telepathic ray gun”) was mentioned in a 1998 US Army study, which turned up in a recent Freedom of Information Act document dump. Five years later, the Navy decided to put some R&D dollars into the project. Now, as I note on theNew Scientist website, Dr. Lev Sadovnik of the Sierra Nevada Corporationhas provided more details.
There are health risks, he notes. But the biggest issue from the microwave weapon is not the radiation.
It’s the risk of brain damage from the high-intensity shock-wave created by the microwave pulse. Clearly, much more research is needed on this effect at the sort of power levels that Dr. Sadovnik is proposing. But if it does prove hazardous, that does not mean an end to weapons research in this area: a device that delivered a lethal shock-wave inside the target’s skull might make an effective death ray.
Dr. Sadovnik also makes the intriguing suggestion that, instead of being used at high power to create an intolerable noise, it might be used at low power to produce a whisper that was too quiet to perceive consciously but might be able to subconsciously influence someone. The directional beam could be used for targeted messages, such as in-store promotions. Sadovnik even suggests subliminal advertising, beaming information that is not consciously heard (a notion also spotted on the US Army’s voice-to-skull page). While the effectiveness of subliminal persuasion is dubious, I can see there might be some organizations interested in this capability. And if that doesn’t work, you could always point the thing at birds. They seem to be highly sensitive to microwave audio, so it might be used to scare flocks away from wind farms — or shoo pigeons from city streets. Source
I watch the weather. Not from conventional sites, but from real reporters who can see what’s going on. Dutchsince reports regularly on what the towers are showing him, and has incredible accuracy in telling us what weather system type is tending to come where.
And what apparently is guiding these formations is HAARP type broadcast technology emanating out of military bases and government installations around the country. After all, they’ve openly stated they want to own the weather by 2025.

We’re being killed in slow motion. A microwave oven has warnings all over it, and if you use an EMF detector you’ll find it gives off a strong blast even when off, especially around the sides. Cell phones are now known to cause cancer and Russia has banned their use amongst youth.

The fundamental point is, these towers you’re seeing going up around you are not all for cell phones! Some of these are huge metal beams emanating “God” knows what around them. Here’s one I just took a picture of in Austin yesterday RIGHT AMONGST ALL THE KIDS in a frequented and densely housed area off Guadelupe St. by U of T.
